”We met Chris, his wife, and his brother at the land on Saturday.
On the previous Thursday, we were in Jackson Hole and looking for some game meat. We went to a butcher that gave us great advice on which elk steaks to buy and gave us a little tip on seasoning and grilling with goose fat he provided.
Went home grilled and they were awesome, so the six of us are ordering more. Fast forward to Saturday and Chris tells us his main business is in Jackson Hole selling and shipping game meat.
We put 2 and 2 together and it was Chris who sold us the meat.
