Airport Update for the next 200 Days – TSA HR Internal Recovery Numbers After Funding Clears

I am going to send this out on a Friday, Proud Mary style,…rough…because it impacts 3rd and 4th qtrs – TSA HR have some internal numbers – to get back to 80% effective operation: best case 200 days to clean up fallout from shutdown after funding clears Congress.

We’re familiar. Cost and mistakes of ‘new’ hires, which TSA estimates 700 new recruits.

Solution: Plan out alternate travel through Oct 1.

Next: Fix the country – if you are a Republican then blame Republicans, and Democrats blame Democrats. You will not make the day of the 12 people running the country. Bezos is a co-chair. You can guess the other co-chair.

And President Trump’s ideas are often a lot like mine – they look good on paper.

Report: ICE agents at the airport. Talking to each other, drinking coffee, and on their phones.

Now here’s the deal – they get paid with tax dollars, and the people who are keeping us safe are working without pay.

PRIMING THE PROSPECT PUMP

Here’s what’s happening: Your prospects are chatting with AI.

I asked Claude to recommend a financial advisor for someone with $5M+ in assets.

It gave me just 4 names.

None had a well-known brand name.

None were paying for ads.

None had a crazy amount of followers.

But all 5 had something 90% of advisors are completely ignoring right now.

BRANDS MATTER MORE THAN AI

Pull one thing from the top three: Porsche, Yamaha, Aveda.

Porsche – Last Saturday morning, I tagged along on The Porsche Driving Club’s 75-mile drive. Why 40 or so car customers woke up at 6 am to celebrate a cult brand?

To signal “I’ve made it after all” – your brand signal(s).

Aveda – If the salon carries Aveda, no other product is allowed in the shop. Brand policy – better than the rest, so join the cult.

Yamaha – internally – apparel given to employees, near 50% daily participation, and employees hired from motocross, snowboarding, and boat fishermen – all product enthusiasts before employment.

Brands matter more than ever in age of AI.
