January Revenue Juice: Strip Line Dangling Prospects.

Good morning, Cliff here. Going to push this out late morning on iPhone because one big worry for the New Year is if we’re all back at top speed, having fun at work, breaking January revenue records, or the holiday latency lingers around the office until the Super Bowl.

Here’s how to jumpstart and create urgency in 2026.

Two techniques: Strip Line and Survey1.

Strip Line: with team queue up the 2025 dangling prospects, which I loathe as much as my freshman English professor, Martha Saunders, hated dangling participles; I still don’t know exactly what they are, but dangling prospects are last year’s prospects that string the sales process along like a pike fish.

I copied the strip line sales technique from a deep-sea fishing practice, where and when a fish keeps tapping on the bait, and when it’s time to leave, you strip the rod high and back with a chance to hook the fish before you leave.

Prospects commit or gone for good. Action to start 2026.

The best part is that, as a team, agreeing on who the danglers are creates decisions all over the funnel. Rolling on the revenue river.

Strip-line Results: Normal numbers, 2% to 7% will say yes, 15% will take the next step, and the remainder will respond with silence or words. Accumulatively, this is the best answer of all: it results in at least 80% time savings and, more importantly, ensures time is invested in real deals, not “danglers.”

I am going to review the strip line at Porsche on Jan 30th. It’s a skill.

Next January Juice technique is Survey1. Lists all the nibblers, customers who bought once and not again.

We created the technique called survey1 standard, but I could not in a million words explain it better than how Kalshi uses it like a masterpiece, and asks the best question under the sun.

For 2026, I see angels and alligators. Problem solvers are the angels, and alligators are the problem creators that are like an alligator swarm.

And it’s why I’m going in 2026 paranoid. 2025 was one of the best career years we’ve had, but dodged 2 freight trains I did not see coming. Discuss more on the freight trains and how to dodge them in the next issue.
