Be Ready. This session is a 5-hour energy transfer of technical knowledge, exit strategies and negotiation skills to balance a buyer’s culture club of investment bankers, select lawyers, advisors, brokers, VC’s, etc. An uneven exit field tampers down the sales price and, under a “customary” pretense, manufactures terms and conditions that negatively influence claw backs, reps and warranties and post deal entrepreneur employment terms.
